Go to the Reset your password page.
Choose the reason you need your password reset, then click Next.
Enter the Microsoft account email address you’re trying to recover.
Enter the characters you see on the screen, then click Next.

Tap on the download folder of your computer.
You will find a file as Install AOL desktop.
Double click on this icon.
Tap the run button.
Now click on the install button and then make sure the software starts to reinstall.

So I contacted my QuickBooks cloud hosting providers and they helped me to troubleshoot the error in no time. Also, do you any information on QuickBooks Mac 2020 would be helpful.

Reset the user account login details.
Update the Autofill settings.
Check the time and date.
Change the DNS server.
Server Address is invalid.
Disable the firewall.
