thanks for the reply, unfortunately many of us only stay until 9 -9:30 or so, so lunch wouldn’t be an option.
not trying to be argumentative or anything, but for most of us, C&C is an opportunity to get together in the morning with our car buddies and have some coffee & breakfast before the day starts. (Oh, and I love Mattie’s Jersey sandwich!!)any chance you can make it a different weekend instead of the 1st weekend of the month? Many, many of us are still going to go to Matties on the first weekend of each month to continue the current cars and coffee. That has been the traditional date for Charlotte, so lets leave it then and offer a different day? Would love to come to Cornelius, but will still always patronize Mattie’s on the first of each month…
Many of us are still going to Matties on the first Saturday of each month. Please join us… Maybe have something in Cornelius on another weekend? Also, there needs to be a coffee shop/diner there, someplace more than just cold coffee and danishes or something.

You’ve done a great job getting this up and going through the years…a true success. But there’s no law that says we can’t continue to go to Mattie’s for breakfast every first Saturday of the month. If everyone wants to join us and continue seeing each other at that particular time, so be it.Let C&C continue on, on its own….
