Maybe volunteers at each row guiding the correct car into the lanes? Its a lot of manpower but would be the surest way to get the cars lined up properly IMHO.
If ya’ll run out of room or are denied tomorrow you are very welcome to come out to the Euless Trinity Park and Shine event. Trying to help reduce the stress!!
Two big strikes the show has is that it exits to a Tollway and people line up like they are at street race to watch the cars leave.
Maybe people shouldn’t line up along the sidewalk area anymore to watch the cars leave. If there is no audience, then there is no need for a show off to show off.
My opinion, not trying to take anything away from the show.
1. That reminds me of the 350Z who did the exact same thing a few months ago and
2. It is sad that there are more jokers like that who own those type of cars vs ones who cannot own that car but who could drive it properly.Glad no one was hurt.
Front parking lot of my location can hold about 600 in single spots. Dont get me wrong, I do not want to take away from C and C, just trying to help out with the tension. Id be happy with just 100 showing up. More would be great.
I will take any of the cars that are not welcome/unable to fit at CandC parking lot. I have lots of room at my parking lot. Just let me know!!
To help ease the tension, on July 7th I am starting a once a month meet at 500 N. Industrial Blvd, Euless Texas 76039. Our parking lot is big enough to handle about 2000+ cars. All donations received will be going to the students of Euless Trinity High School. I am calling it “Trinty Park and Shine”. Held from 8 am to 12 pm. At the end of each event I will draw an organizations name and that is who will receive the donations raised that day. That organization will be removed from the drawing until all (16 selected groups) have had a chance to be drawn.
This is an event just like C and C. No judging, nor awards given. Come on out if you can!
