InactiveAs of now the weather forcast is for snow on saturday… Mother nature just doesn”t want to cooperate. So when you get up on Saturday if its snowing or raining we will not have the show this week but will indeed have the regular show next week…

InactiveSome of us would still have liked to go meet other car guys and talk. Sitting inside the coffee shops is fine. The north meet happened all winter and had good showings even in snow.
By posting a “cancelation” like this you prevent some from going that might have. It’s not like we go to hear some announcer talk.

InactiveSorry cole but when we have the adverse wheather most people dont want to drive there cars in it.. Next time we have the same situation we can ask people if they would still like to come and have some coffee… Actually, at the next show i will try and poll the people to see how they would prefer to handle it.. I acutually had about 3or4 inches of snow in my driveway and it was still snowing pretty hard.

InactiveYeah, I would never cancel one. I purely didn’t go because of this and would have otherwise.
Some of us have 4×4’s to show off. 🙂 And some of us just want an excuse to leave the house.

GuestI could see people not showing up if there is 3-4 inches of snow since most have low ground clearance even if they do drive in the snow. I don’t mind driving in rain or snow though. I took my Corvette skiing 31 days this winter.

InactiveThe trick with Colorado is that you never *really* know how the weather is going to be until you are there.
I remember this winter at the northern Cars and Coffee type event standing in the snow with about 15 other Porsche and Lotus owners taking cars.
There really are car guys around here that go out no matter what.
