Learn how to change your AOL paid subscription, cancel your paid AOL subscription, or cancel / delete your AOL username.

go to MyAccount.aol.com.
Click On My Services.
Click On Subscriptions.
Click On Manage next to the plan you’d like to cancel.
If prompted, verify your account.
Click On Cancel.
At the bottom of the page, click Cancel My Billing.
Select a reason for canceling from the drop-down menu.
Click On Cancel My Billing.
Things to know when you change your AOL account to the free AOL plan:

If you cancel your billing and change your free AOL plan in the middle of your billing cycle, you will continue to access the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
If you have active subscription subscriptions, these invoices will continue to be issued separately.
AOL reserves the right to charge any fees, surcharges or costs incurred before cancellation.
