Not just 1, not just 2, not just 3, but all 4
Well, the video was of a guy on an autocross that forgot to tighten his lug-nuts – lost all four wheels.

is this the video? if so, HAHAHAHAHAHA! about 85% funny, and 15% sucks to be the driver and the guy whose job is to tighten the lug nuts; or possibly sabotage?
according to the person who uploaded this video to youtube: “This rx-7’s wheels fall off. Apparently what happened was that someone sent him the wrong lug nuts with the wrong threading. They seemed tight until they fell off! Happened on june 10, 2007 dixie autocross.”
