Mercedes CLK owner is threatening to "take action" if I do not take down the pictures

    if it was me and the guy was like

    hey, could you please take those pictures down? i don’t really want to advertise my crash on the net

    i’d take them down

    but if he says

    i will sue you if you do not take them down

    i’d wait for the c&d

    Ahh ok, thanks guys. Yea I’ve kept them up and haven’t heard anything else from him. 😀

    i just looked at it.. the only thing i figure is that he doesn’t want his insurance or his wife to figure it out

    I’m sure he’s worried about paying property damage for the pole he knocked over the bushes he trampled. 😀

    Nothing to worry about… long as the pictures were taken in public at a public gathering of people/cars, there’s really nothing anyone can do. Cease And Desist is about all you’re liable to see, if anything.
