I am trying to set up a new event in my hometown of Bozeman, MT. I would prefer to use the success of the CC name/brand to further the growth and unity of the car scene here. As of yet, no one here has had the fortitude to assemble the multiple car clubs or provide a regular outlet for local gear heads. I’d like to make that happen, but I can’t seem to find any information of what is involved with using the Cars & Coffee name. Does someone own the rights to the brand or is it kind of an open source idea? I also would like to hear any suggestions from others who have organized events in the past. I have organized race and drift events, but never a car show. Is insurance an issue, how do you approach venues/owners, and is a coffee vendor mandatory, etc etc… Just looking for some basic help because it’s been tough to find a strait answer in the forums.
