    If you are not able to create the backup of your company files in QuickBooks You should know that this problem can occur due to the following reasons:
    • Name of the file is exceeding 65 character limit
    • The name of the file may contain an extension of a.ADR
    • The file is more than 3GB
    • Path of company file is too large
