Are newer, more moderate cars acceptable or frowned upon?

    The title says it all…

    We have a 2010 Volvo C30 R-Design in a special Euro only color (Gecko Green Metalic) that we’d love to share.

    Just don’t want to piss anyone off…

    There are a lot of factors to consider. The way I answer the question is that I look at how crowded the show looks that day. If it looks like it is going to be full or is full I then ask myself if what I am driving that day is cool enough in my eyes to possibly make it so something really special has to be turned away. I personally will only drive a normalish car in if it’s raining or winter but that is my own call.

    Would an 08 R32 be ‘exotic’ or rare enough for a show spot? I think so – but then again – it is my car…
