It is unfortunate that this is my first post since I have been browsing the board for over a month now. However, this post intrigued me. My wife has a 1986 Ford Mustang with a 5.0l motor in it. Do you know if this applies to classic vehicles as well? We are going to be registering it as a classic vehicle in Las Vegas, NV and plan on moving to Washington in a couple of years and wanted to clarify if we needed to invest more into the vehicle than we had already planned.
